- Small fixes. If an item fails because of a simple fault, like a blown fuse or a damaged plug, we can fix it on the spot for a small extra charge — but only if you agree first. We never carry out any other repairs.

Questions
Is there a call-out charge?

What counts as an appliance?
Anything with a plug or a lead, like kettles, computers, chargers, power tools and extension leads.
What if an item fails?
It is labelled FAIL, taken out of use, and the reason is written on your report. If it is a simple fault, like a blown fuse or a damaged plug, we can fix and retest it on the spot for a small extra charge — only if you agree first. We do not carry out any other repairs.
